From mould to finish aluminium profile, we do our best to offer good quality products and good service. What are the technology standards for your products?

Our products adhere to Technology Standards: GB/5237-2008.

How do I place a customized order?

Customers offer CAD drawings or product samples. We will create forms and drawings for confirmation. Once the customer pays for new moulds and testing is complete, we send test samples for confirmation before mass production. For regular size moulds, costs may be refunded for orders over 5 tons.

Do you offer OEM services?

Yes, we can sign an agreement where the customer provides brand authorization, and we produce customized products with the customer's brand on the packaging.

What is your after-sale policy?

Goods are considered accepted if no questions are raised within 15 days of receipt. If quality problems are found, please provide clear pictures and quantities; we will investigate and discuss reparation if it is a manufacturing issue.

What are your payment and delivery terms?

We require 100% T/T for new moulds. For orders: FOB China port, 30% T/T deposit, and 70% balance paid before loading. Delivery time is usually 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.

What processing capabilities do you have?

We offer general machine processing and CNC machine processing for aluminium products. We also have partner factories for complete aluminium door and window production.
