We supply complete aluminum door and window systems, including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass, as well as finished products ready for installation.
How are your products sized?
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. we manufacture windows and doors specifically according to the buyer's required dimensions.
What is the typical delivery time?
Standard delivery is approximately 38 days after the deposit is received and technical drawings are confirmed.
Do windows come with glass already installed?
We generally install glass at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safety during transport and ease of installation for the buyer. Onsite glazing is recommended for exceptionally large products.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 5-year quality warranty covering the frame, hardware, and accessories. For German hardware, a 10-year warranty is provided.
What are your standard payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
