Steel fire door refers to the cold-rolled thin steel plate for the door frame, skeleton, and door plate. The interior is filled with non-combustible insulation material. Depending on requirements, composite fire glass lighting windows (Class A) can be installed. These doors are equipped with specialized fireproof hardware to ensure fire integrity and heat insulation.
Classification: Steel fire doors are categorized into Class A, Class B, and Class C based on fire resistance levels, with requirements of 72min, 54min, and 36min respectively.
Material Thickness: The door frame thickness ranges from 1.2mm to 1.5mm, while the door panel is between 0.8mm and 1.2mm. Reinforcement steel plates are 1.2mm to 1.5mm (minimum 3mm at screw holes).
