Yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable. For a 20GP or 40HQ container, we suggest mixing 3-6 models.
Can you manufacture doors according to our specific drawings?
Yes, we can. Please send us your drawings for review first, and we will provide the correct technical drawing for production approval.
What is your policy regarding samples?
Small samples can be offered for free. For complete doors, a cost will be charged based on the actual situation, which may be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
What special services do you provide?
We offer overseas installation services to ensure proper setup and functionality of our fire doors.
How does the ordering and delivery process work?
Delivery usually takes 20-35 days. After confirming specs and approving drawings/invoices, a 50% deposit starts production. We provide photos/videos or allow inspections before final balance and shipping.
Do you maintain stock for immediate purchase?
We stock standard hollow metal doors and frames. Customized projects (specific size, color, lock type) are arranged according to the project schedule for both wholesalers and end-users.
