What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 150 sets with mixed models, colors, and sizes. For quantities less than this, the pricing will shift from FOB to EXW.
What is the container loading capacity?
A 20FT container can load approximately 150-200 sets, while a 40HQ container can load between 450-500 sets, depending on door size and wall thickness.
What is the lead time for orders?
The delivery time is approximately 25 days for laminated doors and 35 days for lacquer doors.
Do you offer specialized doors like waterproof or fireproof?
Yes, we provide WPC waterproof doors as well as 30-minute and 60-minute wooden fireproof doors. Our MDF and WPC materials also make the doors anti-termite.
What is the product guarantee period?
We offer a 5-year guarantee on our products.
Can I request samples?
Yes, we can supply samples for free. We only ask that the customer covers the forwarder/shipping fees.
